Let me introduce myself!
I go by many names...Kurt, Vasil, Luca, Loomis, Ghost, Bat, Utah/Raptor. I'm a furry artist and animation student!Heres some very important things about me you should know!

Literally mentally ill you have been warnedI was born in Mexico and have lived there my entire life, I have ADHD which makes me extremely easily distracted and excited too.
My profile and socials are sfw for the most part although I will post gore every now and then, perhaps often too!
I use he/him pronouns and I'm pansexual, happily taken by the best bunfriend in the world Angel!
I am heavily obsessed with horror, blood and cryptic things, as well as ouijas, ghosts or the paranormal, plague doctors and literally anything that is blue!
I have a huge weak spot for candycore and cutesy things + mini objects or butterflies!
I'm very friendly and chill so don't ever be afraid to contact me or try to reach out to me, I don't bite♡

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me you are agreeing to my T.O.S, after payment is done i will assume you have read and agreed to these terms, failing to follow them will end in you being blacklisted.
Any issue regarding money or your personal life will not fall under my responsibility.

1. All payments MUST be upfront. Payment plans are available if the commission passes $150 or we are close.
2.Give a description of what pose/expression you want, if yo don't it will give me artistic liberty to draw what i think will fit your character.
3.ALWAYS CREDIT ME
4.Do not commission me if youre younger than 17. I draw heavy stuff and for my own safety i will not do business with minors.
5.I have the rights to post my artwork/commissions to my socials, if youre uncomfortable with this please tell me.
6.NO REFUNDS - I will NOT give refund after recieving your payment. Unless me as the artist am unable to complete it be it due to issues or health problems or any other reason, a refund will be discussed with the client directly.
7. I have the rights to decline a commission if i dont feel comfortable with it
8.You may request any changes in your commission ONLY DURING SKETCH PROCESS, for example poses or expressions, if you have approved the sketch while linework is done and ask for change of expression an extra fee of $10 will be charged and your commission will be put on hold until said fee is paid.
Note: if i make a mistake during the lineart or coloring the fee will not be charged as it is a mistake from my end.
9.If your commission needs to be done by a certain date or the next day an extra rush fee of will be charged depending on the deadline.

DESIGN T.O.S

1. If you got a design from me thru a trade and you draw said character, it does not count as extra worth (money wise). Please respect my work and the fact that you didnt pay to get said design and your own artwork is not paying for money. (it is disrespectful to my work, unless you have PAID for artwork then their value increases only for what you paid!)2.If you got a design from me thru a commission you are free to sell it for the same price as you paid, please do not sell a design for more than you paid for.3.Please do not make twin designs of a design you got from me to make them siblings or matching, talk directly to me if you want twin designs. I will not allow any copies.4.You are allowed to redesign an adopt you got from me, do not edit the design from my artwork!! (creation and design credits will remain mine.)5.Do not copy my desings. I do not own a specific pattern nor aesthetic/color palette, youre allowed to be inspired by them just dont copy.

GENERAL EXTRA NOTES

°I have a list and queue of people who commission me, however i may not always go in order and work with whats easier or quicker for me. If you are uncomfortable with this please dont be afraid to let me know!°I do not mind bumps or to be asked about updates on any commission, youre more than free to do so! However please avoid spamming me or sending a message every one hour if i dont reply, i work as much as i can throughout the day and may not always be able to answer right away.°I always keep track on my trello regarding irl issues or life updates, if i dont work on your commission there might be an issue with my health or i may have something going on, please check my trello or ask me!
